Today I am sharing with you 15+ healthy grocery items from Walmart! This post was inspired by Lindsay from Pinch of Yum, 24 Healthy Groceries You Need to Try From Target. I decided to share healthy groceries from Walmart because most people in North America have access to a Walmart. Selections in each store will vary but these are some ideas of things you can look out for on your next shopping trip! You can also shop online at Walmart!!
Hopefully this post will give you ideas of foods that are affordable, healthy and easily accessible!

1.Summer Fresh Hummus | This hummus has minimal ingredients and is the best tasting store-bought hummus. The roasted red pepper is my personal favorite!
2.Nature’s Path Qi’a Superfoods Oatmeal | Super easy and warming breakfast food that is loaded with healthy fats and proteins. It is great for busy mornings!
3.Tinyáda Brown Rice Pasta | This is my favorite brand of pasta because it is brown rice pasta, cooks well and it is very affordable! Happy to see that Walmart carries this brand!
4.GoGoQuinoa | This puffed quinoa cereal is the perfect yogurt topper!
And who doesn’t like the taste of cocoa in the morning! :)
5.Joe’s Tasty Travels Raw Almonds | This brand sells a variety of nuts so make sure you are grabbing the unsalted version! Love these and super affordable!
6.Mary’s Organic Crackers | I finally found a grocery store that charges a reasonable price for these crackers! They are SO good dipped in hummus!
7.MaraNatha Almond Butter | You can never go wrong with almond butter. This is a great brand because there is no added sugar or unhealthy ingredients!
8.Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth | I really like this brand of vegetable broth because it is low in sodium, does not contain preservatives and bonus- it’s organic!
9.Great Value Chickpeas | Walmart sells chickpeas without any added salt for only 77 cents!
10.Decacer Organic Maple Syrup | I love that Walmart sells affordable, pure, organic maple syrup!
11.Silk Almond Dark Chocolate Milk | Love this stuff, it is gluten free, soy free and dairy free. It tastes like chocolate milk and is loaded with SO many amazing nutrients {iron, B12}. There is a bit of sugar in this but for me the benefits totally outweigh the sugar content.
12.LouAna Coconut Oil | I love my massive coconut oil container from Costco {it’s huge- bigger than my head} but these smaller containers are perfect if you don’t use that much coconut oil. It is also great size to have if you use coconut oil for other things – lotion, oil pulling, etc.
13.Tazo Passion Tea | I love this tea because it is caffeine-free. I have been on a cold tea kick lately thanks to this handy Iced Tea Brewer from Chapters and this Passion Tea is definitely one of my favorites.
14.Great Value Organic Pasta Sauce | This is a no brainer to keep in the pantry/fridge when you need a quick dinner! Cook up some pasta and top with this pasta sauce and you’ve got a quick meal!
15.Great Value Dried Beans | Dried beans are a healthy choice because they don’t normally contain any preservative, they are high in protein, fibre and low in fat.
16.Liberté Non Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt | I love this brand because it has non fat greek yogurt in a variety of flavours. My favorites are the vanilla or plain which is great in smoothies!
