Hi everyone! I thought today I would do a small roundup of healthy lunch ideas. With the new year here, lots of people seem to be looking for healthier lunch ideas so this post is dedicated to that!
Here are a few tips when wanting to bring healthy lunches to work or school:
- Batch cook and have vegetables cut and ready to go. A lot of foods can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. This makes the night before/morning of much easier when you just have to through everything together. Be sure to follow me on Instagram (@exploringhealthyfoods) as I often show foods that I am batch cooking for the week on Instagram stories!
- When making dinner, make extras for your lunch the next day. I feel like this is an obvious one but it is one of the best ideas for ensuring you’re able to bring a lunch with you the next day.
