Hi everyone! I am very excited to share this recipe today because I LOVE french fries!! I was spiralizing zucchini the other day and thought I should try spiralizing potatoes to make curly fries! I have been loving my spiralizer lately, I have this one – it is so easy to use. There are also some really good hand held spiralizers that are great to start out with.
I am decided to share two of my favourite french fry recipes – both are easy and delicious!

This curly fry recipe has a bit more of a kick to it than the other curly fry recipe. It has a mix of spices that really add flavour to the potatoes.

Thanks for the recipe. Have you tried this with Zucchinis? I am going to do so now and will report back. I do like potatoes, but am very conscious of the effects that unneeded carbs (starches) have on liver and pancreatic functions.
Thanks again
