Crispy breaded Turmeric Zucchini Fries are a healthier alternative to regular deep fried french fries. Serve with honey dill sauce, Tzatziki sauce or ketchup for the perfect side dish!
Recipe updated December 2020.
Zucchini fries are a fun and lighter twist on classic potato fries. They are delicious with most dips and very easy to make!
How to Make Zucchini Fries
Wash zucchinis and cut off ends.
Slice off the sides of the zucchini so that two sides of the zucchini could lay flat. Then slice each in half.
Slice into thin strips.
Pat zucchini fries with paper towel to remove any excess water.
Add eggs to one bowl, then the flour/turmeric mixture into another bowl. Dip each zucchini fry into the egg then into the flour mixture and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 435 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!
Serve with your favourite dip!
Easily make this recipe vegan and gluten-free by simply sprinkling raw zucchini fries with turmeric, oregano and salt.

Looking forward to trying this recipe tonight! I’m trying to use more “Turmeric” as it is supposedly good for treatment of inflammation.
