Happy Wednesday everyone! Today I am sharing my first recipe using a spiralizer! Spiralizing is a creative and easy way to turn fruits and vegetables into noodles! Common foods to spiralize are zucchini, apples, sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets. There are a variety of different spiralizers, I personally like the one shown below {link to it is also below} because it is good quality and comes with a variety of blades. It’s also easy to use and clean! Spiralizing zucchini in particular is a great gluten-free, low carb alternative to regular pasta but still filling and tasty!
