It’s smoothie time!
I have been going to cycle class a lot lately and my perfect post workout fuel is a green smoothie! It’s easy and light yet loaded with protein and carbs to replenish lost nutrients! So today I am sharing my favourite combo lately that is refreshing, hydrating and has a hint of sweetness. Loaded with spinach, frozen bananas, orange, almond milk and Perfect Fit protein powder! If you’ve read my blog for awhile, you probably know that I really like plant-based protein powders. I really like the vanilla Perfect Fit protein. This protein can only be purchased online. Vega is also a great protein brand that is easily accessible at Superstore or Vita Health.

Description
Everyday Green Smoothie recipe is great post workout or for breakfast! Loaded with greens, protein powder and sweet fruits!
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups spinach (or any leafy greens of your choice!)
- 1 scoop of protein powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy!
- Enjoy!
