This is the perfect green ginger smoothie! The texture of this smoothie is very creamy, but light and perfect for the spring. This smoothie tastes like sweet mangos with a hint of ginger and banana – seriously delicious if you ask me! Like the majority of smoothies, this one is super easy to make and great for breakfast or a snack.
I absolutely love adding heaps of spinach to smoothies because it blends so easily with other ingredients. The non fat greek yogurt and chia seeds give this smoothie a boost in protein. If you would like a vegan alternative to this smoothie I would recommend adding more mango and spinach or your favourite protein powder if you want this to be a meal replacement!

Creamy green ginger smoothie perfect for spring!
Ingredients
- 1 inch piece of ginger {without skin}
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 tbsp non fat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until creamy texture is reached.
