Today, I will be sharing with you smoothie recipes that I posted on Instagram. If you follow me there, then you’ve probably already seen these delicious smoothies, but I figured I would share them with my blog readers as well. I love drinking smoothies for breakfast because they are filling, quick to make and super delicious. I did a whole post on how to create the perfect smoothie, that’s nutritious, filling and tasty. Read more about that here. In the meantime, here are some of my recent favorite combinations. You will see non fat greek yogurt and hemp seeds are a theme in these smoothie! Mainly because the protein and fat in these items help keep my feeling full for a longer period.
Tropical Beast

- Yield: 1 1x
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 raspberries
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- Juice from 1 orange
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until thick and creamy.

Mellow Yellow

- Yield: 1 1x
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 mangos
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- Juice from 1 orange
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until thick and creamy.

Candy Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 mangos
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until thick and creamy.
