I absolutely love experimenting with smoothies because for the most part you can’t go wrong. Last week, I made this smoothie with some extra ingredients I had lying around. The combination turned out great and I had to share! It’s the perfect smoothie for those suffering from the January winter blues because it has tropical ingredients and a sweet flavour.

Description
Sweet tasting smoothie with the added benefits of greens!
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mixed pineapple, mango and peaches (frozen)
- 1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1tsp hemp seeds
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high speed blender until thick and creamy! Enjoy!
