Looking for a healthy mid-day snack to hold you over until your next meal? Today I am sharing 5 easy snack ideas that have 3 ingredients and require no baking! Perfect to make at work, for school or in your dorm room! The recipes below are loaded with nutrients including fibre to keep you feeling full until your next meal.

#1 Sweet Cucumber Bites
Slices of cucumber with non fat greek yogurt topped with fruit {slices of strawberries or blueberries!}.
#2 Date Boats
Dates + Peanut Butter + Hemp Seeds
Remove the pit from the dates, scoop a small amount of peanut butter and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
#3 Wraps | 2 ways
1 – Whole grain wrap, peanut butter, apple slices {or bananas}, sprinkle with cinnamon {optional}
2- Whole grain wrap, strawberry slices, drizzle with honey
Roll these up and enjoy!
#4 Trail Mix
Combine almonds, pretzels and dark chocolate
This is the perfect snack if you need a little pick me up in the afternoon! A little bit of this snack goes a long way.
#5 Ants on a Log 2.0
What kind of snack post would this be without a version of ants on a log! I personally really like the combo of celery, peanut butter {or almond butter!} with dried cranberries!
