Chocolate Banana Nut Overnight Oats are a healthy breakfast idea that is great for meal prep. Loaded with chocolate flavour, simple ingredients and a creamy texture. Not too mention the toppings are endless!
It’s time for another breakfast recipe! I’ve shared overnight oat recipes in the past {here} but this one is the first chocolate one! I absolutely love chocolate with the combination of bananas and crunchy texture of the almonds and walnuts.
To get the chocolate-y taste, I like to use one of my favourite things to drink in the morning: Dark Chocolate Almond Milk by Silk. Combining the oats with this almond milk overnight will let the oats absorb the almond milk and really give the chocolate flavour. If you can’t find this specific brand of chocolate milk, any chocolate milk will work!
Why you’ll love this recipe
- Only takes 10 minutes of meal prep to get 3 healthy breakfast servings!
- Simple ingredients that are healthy and loaded with fiber.
