Today I wanted to share with you 4 super easy, no bake breakfast recipes! These are my favorite recipes to make at the moment on those busy mornings. If you follow me on Instagram, then you’ve probably seen me eating these throughout the week, but I also wanted to share the full recipes here.
Why is breakfast important?
As I have mentioned in a previous post…Breakfast is an important meal as it fuels your body after a long period of rest, essentially “breaking the fast”. It helps kick start your metabolism and digestive tract. Breakfast is extremely important for children as it helps development and learning capabilities. Skipping breakfast can cause headaches and leave you tired as you are not providing your body with sufficient energy. Skipping breakfast (or any meals!) does NOT help you lose weight. Chances are someone who skips breakfast will consume more at another meal, or have a tendency to snack on higher fat foods.
Finding foods that are easy to make in the morning or that can be made ahead of time will allow more time during those busy mornings!
