A couple years ago I posted 15+ Healthy Groceries at Walmart. This was a popular post and continues to be one of my most visited blog post even a couple years later. I figured it was time to share another one so here is part 2 of healthy foods to buy from Walmart!
Similar to part 1, this blog post does not include fruits and vegetables because that is a given! Like most grocery stores these days, Walmart carries a decent amount of options for those with dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian) for a really great price. I was happily surprised to see lower prices than what I normally pay on some of these items.

These are actually pretty tasty! Great to have on hand when you are looking for a salty, crunchy treat!
11. Harvest Snaps
The problem with these is trying to not eat the whole bag!
This drink is in between a soda and sparkling water. So if you are looking at ditching the soda, try this beverage when you get the soda craving.
Definitely a staple in my fridge!

17. Smoothie Fast Packs
Walmart had a great selection of frozen fruits and pre-made smoothie packs that do not contain added sugar! Super easy if you are on the go, just throw the pack in the blender and go!
