Recipe is vegetarian, vegan {dairy-free} and gluten-free.
Roasting cauliflower is one of the many ways cauliflower can be eaten. It provides flavours and texture to any dish, and not to mention a powerhouse for nutrients! More on that below.
This recipe is pretty mild with a hint of spice. If you are someone who really likes spice, I would encourage more crushed red pepper flakes. The smoked paprika in this recipe provides a bit of a spice and also adds a bit of orange/red colour to this white vegetable.
This recipe makes a really great side if you are looking for something different and loaded with flavours.
