Hi everyone! I’m Brittney, 24, recent Nutritional Science graduate & Canadian! I love snapping photos of foods I’m eating throughout the day (if you haven’t already noticed from my Instagram account!). So I created this blog in order to provide healthy recipes and meal inspiration!
All my recipes will focus on incorporating lots of fruits, vegetables, whole-grains, and certain meats & alternatives into the diet. Eating whole foods is so important to ensure we are consuming all the nutrients our bodies need to function at its optimal. Unfortunately in our society, fast-food restaurants and processed foods are everywhere. I hope to show how easy it can be to incorporate foods that are nourishing but also taste great, affordable, and easy to make!
